1. Description:
Applications of Ceramic Seal Rings:
1) Electrical seal systems: The highest performance electrical seal
systems employ Ceramic Seal Ring for its exceptional resistance to
thermal and mechanical shock, as well as corrosion.
2) Medical implant devices: exceptional corrosion resistance and biocompatibility are required by medical implant
devices. Ceramic Seal Ring plays a critical role in implantable
electronic devices. Researchers and doctors have created a wide
array of implantable electronic devices including defibrillators,
cochlear implants, and neurostimulators. Feedthroughs for implanted
devices must be hermetic, with a leak-tight ceramic seal ring
around each pin.
