1. Description:
Typically used in ovens and furnaces, these are the most efficient of our rigid high-temperature
insulation sheets. Please note that they require special care when installing since
the crumbly material is difficult to work with and will crack easily. Sheets lose strength over time and are intended to be installed
behind another facing or insulation material. They are flame resistant, meeting ASTM E84 0/0 for flame and smoke. Insulation performs best at temperatures above 1000° F.
