1. Description:
These mullite tubes can repeatedly be exposed to temperature
fluctuations without deforming or cracking. They can be used as a protective cover over materials that are
moved between hot and cold environments, such as thermocouples. These tubes are fully fired and seal out air and gas in high
temperature applications like nonporous alumina. They also resist corrosion from a variety of chemicals. Use them in furnaces, heaters, electrical insulation, and glass- and steel-industry refractories.
