High Precision 99 Alumina Ceramic Components Machining Parts
1. Description:
These ceramic hydrocyclone liners are custom built in multiple
sections using specially formulated joint technology and can be
manufactured in a range of sizes from 0.5m to 1.2m. We can offer
ceramic liners from ½” up to 10” internal diameters. Tests have
shown that the joint is stronger than the ceramic itself, ensuring
leak-free assembly and a long-lasting service life. The apparatus
at the head of the hydrocyclone liner controls the size of particle
to be filtered (between 20 microns and 5 microns) and therefore the
performance of the de-sanding vessel. Components can be accurately
machined to effectively separate particles as small as five microns
in diameter, enabling innovative solutions in internal swirl shape
and joining technology.
